Operational Excellence
Trish once dreamed of running her own online publication and first began designing magazine layouts and ads from a young age. She developed a passion for designing and later building dynamic and cost effective websites that would serve a niche market.
A sports marketing specialist, former athlete in both equestrian (show jumping) and rally racing, Trish was instrumental in developing the sport of rally racing in Canada in the 1990’s. She helped secure Subaru Canada's first National Motorsport Sponsorship, including television rights with TSN and was the Team Manager for 4 years, organizing a 3-car factory backed team effort that won multiple Championships. In 1998 she founded inGear Productions, which specialized in sports marketing and has over 20 years’ experience in sponsorship & event management.
