Website Design & Development for the Music Industry

Trish and her team, created and designed the new Julian Pavone website integrating Julian's LittleDrummerBoy website and his dynamic logo that he created himself. At just 4 years of age, Julian became the "World's Youngest Professional Drummer" awarded by Guinness World Records. This project involved an extensive integration of materials from his former website, SEO management, e-commerce, event listings, music applications and dynamic mobile friendly features; showcasing this young musician's many talents and accolades.

Website Development for Hanoverian Breeding, Training & Show Services


The Team at inGear designed and created a new website for Ryan Pedigo's farm to combine both the breeding of Hanoverians and Warmblood Sport Horses with Ryan's talent for training and showing his horses on the California 'A' Circuit. This high quality hunter/ jumper training enterprise, under the direction of top hunter rider and trainer Ryan Pedigo, has developed an extensive and proven training regiment and the best full service show program. The website comprises a wide range of elements including sales pages, embedded videos, mobile friendly integrations, extensive custom horse profiles and email marketing.


Co-Founder, Team Mangement Strategies, Marketing & Communications


Trish and her team created and co-founded the new Freestyle Trampoline Association. This project involved full scale Management duties, strategic planning, National marketing & advertising campaigns, website design and development, event planning strategies, merchandise design and marketing and brand partnership strategies. The Association has now grown to encompass a large global audience, hosting over 40 events around the world each year. 

Marketing Solutions for Canadian Olympic Team Trampolinist 


One of inGear's original clients, Greg Roe, first approached Trish looking for sponsorship opportunities for his Olympic bid.  One of our first digital media projects was created for Greg (GRT) to showcase his unique talent. Our team also created, designed and developed a new dynamic website, social media campaign and marketing strategy.  The multi-faceted project also included athlete promotion, photography, media relations, editing and graphic design projects for his subsequent launch into the business world.  Greg soon began offering coaching and acrobatic clinics around the world and partnered with Trish to create the GRT Network Inc. and the Freestyle Trampoline Association.    

Marketing & Advertising Design/ Layouts


One of inGear's earliest clients, we consulted on the design and layout of a new website, worked alongside the sales and marketing team to develop a new advertising campaign and implemented a new marketing strategy. The multi-faceted project also included brochures, directories and photography for their competitor program, visitor guide, prize list and media releases.  Trish worked closely with Liz Shaughnessy & Associates and the Make a Wish Foundation, who both supported the charity effort of this event. 

Olympic Bid for Canada's Equestrian Teams


Working with the Canadian Equestrian Team in 1996 and the Caledon City Council, we set about creating the hype for the '96 Olympic bid for all three Equestrian sports.  The project encompassed a large scale sponsorship search and corporate donor campaign to raise the much needed funding to send riders and their equestrian partners to compete.  This involved a live Charity Gala event, media packages, a full colour 48-page magazine and national poster campaign, of which Trish did all of the design and layout work herself.

Marketing & Advertising Solutions for Canadian Hanoverian Horse Breeder


One of inGear's original clients, we created an entirely new website to showcase their breeding operation of over 100 horses, as well as a comprehensive advertising campaign and marketing strategy that latest for over ten years. The multi-faceted project also included brochures, sales directories and photography for their Select Sales Auction and Breeder Inspections with the AHS. Trish also helped managed the Auction and designed a complete four colour brochure, posters and magazine ads for the event. We coordinated all media relations and helped showcase their quality stallions for both on-line and digital marketing platforms. 

Team Mangement Strategies, Marketing & Communications


Full scale Team Management duties, strategic planning, National marketing & advertising campaign, spanning over five years. A former competitor herself, Trish spearheaded the launch of the new National Rally Team (SRTC) and worked on the rally car graphics and all aspects of the team logistics during competitions.  A National Champion Co-Driver herself, Trish took her passion for cars and motorsport and her marketing background to the next level when she signed Subaru Canada in 1996 and launched their first 3-car factory backed team just four years later. 

Slam Dunk Acrobatic Basketball Team


The Team at inGear & GRT Sport Events, led by Greg Roe, helped this Hungarian Basketball show team to work on their skills and marketing strategies to achieve international recognition and success. The 'Lords' were featured athletes on the extreme version of America's Got Talent in 2016!

Event Planning and Strategic Marketing Solutions for Event Attraction


inGear led the charge to bring the exciting sport of 'Freedropping' where people experience the excitement of jumping from a platform onto a giant airbag, from BagJump™ in Austria, to Canada, in 2015.  Setting up marketing strategies to pitch to festivals across the country and determining the brand identity was the key focus.  With extensive event management skills, we were also able to direct the business in practical event application.
